Goood day newgrounds! what a year what a year! I feel like it really was my year like i said it would be. i feel like ive reached my peak... got my first animation gig.... got some new friends i have HEALTHY relationships with.... working more on my art behind the scenes.... theres alot i feel like i shouldve done but hey im taking my time with things! Got my whole life ahead of me and im sure you do too!

The first job was awesome. Weve officially wrapped up and the series has already been announced!! It was just a joy all around! even if i was working and studying at the same time! I already miss it. being around people who are just as passionate and happy about what they do as you are is a damn blessing! I love making art and i love making art with people.

Newgrounds continues to be a nice ol' source of inspiration and a place to post my polished stuff. Lots of cool people and lots of cool opportunities and excuses to make things! That tankmas game was AMAZING and they did an incredible job. The collabs have been great too... Its honestly super nice but ive become a little disillusioned with the whole "WOO YEAH NG #1" thing. I keep coming across bad things about people who are kinda big on the here and it really bums me out. i dont want ignorance and hate to brew but with how the internet is and how irony-poisoned folks are its easy to be a certain way yknow? ...bleh im rambling again... point is dont be ignorant!!!

Anywho... new years resolutions ey..? I guess id like to consume more art. More unconventional stuff and music and movies and pop culture! Im not very well educated on any of it... i watch too many cartoons.. its time to fuckin change that for realsies!!! My distain for real life people MUST BE STOPPED!!! If you have recommendations for anything please show me i am a fool... an uneducated-in-popculture FOOL!!!!! anywho ill see u later in some other news post perhaps... if not im on twt drawing pico school characters kissing i guess.... egh social media kinda sucks massive butt... buhbye!

Anywho if anyone out there is readin im doin pretty alright for myself! University is still a bit heavy but pretty damn easy for the most part and the job's going swimmingly! Crazy's stuff's been happening amongst my internet circle but thats to be expected.... who knew Sonic the Headgehog was such a cuck and could fake his death so easily?! That ones a funny story to tell for sure..

But yeah... this internet stuff is becoming crazier to me by the minute...... over time i think ive started to REALLY notice that everyone like... is an induvidual... like.... with their own lives and stuff.... and man.

I really regret being weird about the people i used to look up to when i was younger. Id never message or bother them but.. Like theyre PEOPLE. Its good to treat them as such and not like messiahs or fictional characters......

Idk theres been such a rise in people dehumanizing each other over the internet that its nice to come across some normalcy every once in a while... Sometimes i joke in mean ways- everyone does. But i dont ever want that to be all thats known of me... ive never understood why some folks are so pessimistic and cruel even if its on a screen. Ive been happier and i want to show that to the people around me. I dont want to be a hater! I love art and i love to spread it and i hope i get to be a source of joy for people even if its a tiny bit! Its cheesy as hell but SPREAD THE LOVE!! PEOPLE ARE SAD ALOT OF THE TIME AND ITS NICE TO NOT ADD TO THAT. Oh my goodness its been a minute since I've dropped any art or a news post but that's only cus all I've been doing is just universitywork and work work and doodles that probably shouldn't be on here,, but hey i think i might make a big ol post for em? idk i wanna keep doin stuff on here i don't wanna just abandon this site... It means alot to me despite some of its unsavory history.

But anyways if you've seen my twitter i yap a lot about random garbage and especially about having a JOOOBB WOOOO DANI'S EMPLOOYEDDD *clap sfx*. I work part time on at this small animation company that's starting to put out more meaningful content. The pilot I've been working on with the team is almost done and its turning out AMAZING... you bet your ass im gonna flex the shots and concept art I've done for it after its released to the public :DDD

Working with a team like this in a professional setting is soo refreshing. Compared to University I'm super motivated and everyone is such a joy to hang out with and i'm really learning alot.

I'm feeling so much better about myself this year. Im on my way with getting my drivers license.... finally!! I've been growing up alot i think. It's nice to not feel stuck in place like I did last year.. Also I really got make my actual current portfolio lol... I'll try and set that up this weekend after Midterms are done with.

Man i missed having a diary like this so just..dropping my thoughts n stuff on here is always just real nice. I hope everyone's been doing alright. I don't really know who reads these but thank you for doing so. Bai!

Its been a tuff night. Recently my dad invited me n my sister to go on a quick weekend trip to nyc with him! Today were gunna fly over but he woke us wayy too damn early and NOW weve been IN THE AIRPORT FOR OVER 4 HOURS!!!!!!!

What a year HWAT A YEAR!!! 2023 was one hell of a time... and it kinda was actually hell!! The start of it was okay it was alrighg but mid 2023 was BAAAD bad but things are finally lookin up... and honest to god i cant wait for whatever comes next!

Things were rough but i have hope for the future and this year i hope to do more positive things for newgrounds and ESPECIALLY for myself! i had a BAAD bad case of inferiority complex due to the people i was hanging out with and how i was composing myself around them. Comparing yourself to other people so much can make SUCH a dent on your worth man its crazy.

But i feel better and thats what matters!! I wanna meet more genuine people and i think im on the right track.. Like i said things are looking up you guys!! Have a nice night and drink semi responsibly you guyss!!!!!!

Been a minute since i posted anything here and to be faiirr its been a minute since ive posted at ALL...

I've been busy being obsessed with skyrim, playin mario wonder, and og fortnite!!! And also university work maybe..

butYEAH today was a fun fun time going out with my dad on the motorcycle! We drove to this spot with like a biker group and istg i could feel the testosterone in the air.... it was mostly dudes besides me, my sister, and my dad's partner....

It was still alota fun tho! Lowkey i kinda wanna learn how to drive a motorcycle...or like a vespa or somethn... itd be sick to drive one to college!! We did a bucnh of stuff today but i aint trynna share TOO much. Mostly cus lol im lazy

Also talked to my dad about gettin tattoos and he encouraged me :] i might actually get that angry faic tattoo i want so bad... im not sure where id put it tho.... on my left arm mayb??? Bleh ill figure it out....

Feels good to be back home after my trip...buut admitedly ive been subjecting myself to bad habits like spending way to much time online and sleeping farr too late... average chronically online person problems xp.
